Job Title: Operations and Sales Manager

Location: Makurdi, Benue

Description

  • We are looking for a results-driven Operations & Sales Manager to lead our commercial growth and operational excellence.
  • If you are passionate about driving revenue, leading teams, and optimizing business operations, this is an opportunity to take full ownership of a growing distribution business.

What You’ll Do
Drive Sales & Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Identify new markets, customers, and distribution opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Lead Operations:

  • Oversee logistics, warehouse, and administrative functions
  • Ensure efficient inventory management and timely product distribution
  • Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Manage & Inspire Teams:

  • Lead cross-functional teams across sales and operations
  • Set targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability
  • Build a high-performance, results-oriented culture.

Track Performance:

  • Monitor sales and operational KPIs
  • Analyze data and implement improvements
  • Report insights to support strategic decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in sales + operations management
  • Strong track record of revenue growth and team leadership
  • Experience in FMCG, oil & gas, or distribution is a strong advantage
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and logistics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
