We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for various roles
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
• Oversee staff attendance, leave management, and shift coordination in collaboration with operations
• Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary procedures professionally
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and staff development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations
• Coordinate training programs to improve service delivery and employee efficiency
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant HR data (attendance, leave, etc.)
• Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with hospitality service standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years proven HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee engagement strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/tool.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: N150,000 - N250,000 / Month
