Job Title: Field Sales Representative (FMCG)

Role Summary

• We are hiring experienced Secondary Sales Representatives to drive product distribution and sales across retail outlets within assigned territories.
• This role is strictly field-based and suited for candidates with proven FMCG sales experience who are comfortable meeting daily targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive direct sales to retail outlets within assigned territories
• Generate consistent orders from existing customers
• Identify and onboard new outlets to expand coverage
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Ensure product availability and proper stock levels
• Execute in-store merchandising (visibility, pricing, shelf placement)
• Monitor competitor pricing and activities
• Submit daily sales and field reports

Requirements

• HND/BSc in any relevant discipline
• 1–3 years FMCG field sales experience (mandatory)
• Proven experience in secondary sales is highly preferred
• Must reside within Lagos Island
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Highly target-driven and able to work independently in the field.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month + Transport Allowance + Commission.
