Scope of Work

• Set up program based and department based task structure
• Configure role based visibility
• Implement approvals and reminders
• Support pilot setup and rollout
• Work with our internal team during implementation.

Required Skills:

• Strong Microsoft Planner knowledge
• Strong Power Automate knowledge
• Microsoft 365 admin basics
• Workflow design
• Approvals and notifications
• Experience implementing internal workflow systems.

Core Tools:

• Microsoft Planner
• Power Automate
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft To Do
• Power BI optional.
