We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and service requests promptly
• Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Provide accurate information about services, menus, pricing, and promotions
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and floor staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Manage phone calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries/bookings
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback
• Upsell services or products where appropriate to increase revenue
• Ensure the front desk/reception or service area is clean and organized
• Follow company policies and service standards at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• 2–4 years experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality (hotel, restaurant, lounge)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking or POS systems
• Good appearance and customer-focused attitude

Salary and Benefit

• Salary is N70,000 - N100,000 / Month
