Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive efficiency and scale our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse, logistics, field operations, and supply chain
- Lead process improvements and cost control initiatives
- Supervise and develop team performance using KPIs
- Ensure compliance with safety, labour laws, and operational standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of operations experience (energy, logistics, or manufacturing preferred)
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills
- Experience with inventory systems or ERP is a plus.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
