We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work mode: full time (Monday-Friday)
Sector: Supply Chain & logistics

Job Summary 

  • Are you interested to work in a Food & Beverage Industry support service known for the supply of various laboratory equipments used in production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and promote lab equipment solutions tailored to meet specific client needs.
  • Identify and approach potential clients within the beverage industry to expand market reach.
  • Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and opportunities to convert prospects into clients.
  • Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of laboratory instruments relevant to the beverage and quality control industry.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding orders, deliveries, and service-related inquiries.
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues, including damaged goods, delivery discrepancies, and product concerns.
  • Source for new leads and create initiatives to drive strategic process
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records and correspondence logs.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales progress, service performance, customer feedback, and any identified problem areas

Requirements / Skills

  • Bachelors Degree in Microbiology, Food Technology or any science related field is a compulsory.
  • Experience level of at least 3 years in Sales
  • Must possess strong communication skills
  • Possess ability to negotiate with clients
  • Must be able to build good customer relationship
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Candidate must reside around Ikeja and its environs.

Compensation

  • Monthly net salary: N150,000 – N200,000
  • 13th month salary
  • Health Insurance
  • Commisions on sales target.
