Job Summary 

• The role ensures the proper structuring of transactions, regulatory compliance, and efficient recovery of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory & Transaction Management Provide legal support across projects, structure JV agreements, conduct due diligence, and manage contracts.
• Corporate Structuring & Governance Manage corporate compliance, filings, and governance documentation.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management Develop compliance systems and mitigate legal risks.
• Contract Structuring & Commercial Advisory Draft and negotiate contracts with strong commercial protections. 5. Contract Enforcement & Receivables Management Track payments, follow up on receivables, issue demand notices, and manage debt recovery processes.
• Administrative Oversight Supervise office systems, documentation, and vendor agreements.
• Human Resources & Staff Compliance Draft employment contracts and advise on HR compliance matters.
• Strategic & Business Support Support business growth through legal and commercial advisory services.

Qualifications

• LLB + BL, 5–12 years experience, strong corporate-commercial and real estate background.
• Key Performance Indicators Transaction success, compliance adherence, contract efficiency, and receivables recovery performance.

• Strong commercial and financial awareness
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives
• Strong organisational and follow-through capability (especially on payments and enforcement)
