Job Title: Marketer / Sales Executive

Description

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market Harvestify land investment opportunities to individuals, groups, and corporate clients
• Identify and develop new sales leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
• Conduct site inspections and presentations for prospective buyers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide accurate information about land products, pricing, and investment benefits
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and outreach strategies
• Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage)
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is an added advantage.
