Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Model: Onsite (Mon – Sat)
Work Hours: 9:30am – 6:00pm

Job Summary

• Eleimon Group is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to actively seek out, engage, and convert customer prospects within assigned territories.
• The successful candidate will serve as the face of the company, driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, distributor onboarding, and sustained sales growth across key market segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers and distributors within assigned territory.
• Drive sales across hospitals, maternity homes, baby stores, supermarkets, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Execute field marketing and promotional activities to increase product awareness and adoption.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Present, promote, and sell products using effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing regular feedback to management.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role (FMCG is an advantage).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
