Job Summary

  • The Young Talent Program (Customer Sales) is designed to attract, develop, and retain high-potential young professionals interested in building a career in sales and customer engagement.
  • Participants will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world sales experience while supporting customer acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers through direct and digital sales channels
  • Promote and sell company products/services to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
  • Support lead generation and follow-up activities
  • Assist in executing sales strategies and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and market trends
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or HND) in Business, Marketing, or related field (or recent graduate)
  • 0–1 year of work experience (NYSC Completed)
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and customer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
