Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Responsibilities include
- Act as personal assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
- Assist with daily operations of the Company.
- Assist the CEO in business , project and human resources management for the Organization.
- Run errands for the CEO
- Keep schedule and daily business activities for the CEO.
- Work closely with CEO to achieve daily Company's goals.
- Develop and implement various brand strategies.
- Oversee implementation of integrated marketing strategy including innovative campaigns and digital marketing.
- Overseeing all operational aspects of our real estate unit, business growth opportunities in new and existing markets.
- Identifying emerging market trends, competitor analysis and potential areas for expansion within the real estate market.
- Overseeing budgets, tracking revenue and expenses, analyzing financial performance, and making informed financial decisions.
- Managing client relationships throughout the sales cycle, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Create awareness with real estate agents, developers and other professionals to market and sell the Company's properties.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
