We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities include

  • Act as personal assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Assist with daily operations of the Company.
  • Assist the CEO in business , project and human resources management for the Organization.
  • Run errands for the CEO
  • Keep schedule and daily business activities for the CEO.
  • Work closely with CEO to achieve daily Company's goals.
  • Develop and implement various brand strategies.
  • Oversee implementation of integrated marketing strategy including innovative campaigns and digital marketing.
  • Overseeing all operational aspects of our real estate unit, business growth opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Identifying emerging market trends, competitor analysis and potential areas for expansion within the real estate market.
  • Overseeing budgets, tracking revenue and expenses, analyzing financial performance, and making informed financial decisions.
  • Managing client relationships throughout the sales cycle, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Create awareness with real estate agents, developers and other professionals to market and sell the Company's properties.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
