Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Location: Arepo, Ogun

Job Summary

• The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that all products, materials, and completed interior décor projects meet the company’s quality standards.
• The role involves developing quality policies, monitoring production and installation processes, and ensuring strict adherence to set specifications, especially within an interior décor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies and procedures for interior décor projects and production processes.
• Monitor and evaluate all stages of production, fabrication, and installation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of materials, workmanship, and finished products to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Identify quality issues, document findings, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with production, design, and installation teams to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and performance evaluation documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality expectations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements / Specification

• Proven experience working in an interior décor firm is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation of production or project outputs
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to enforce quality standards without compromise
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work onsite and manage multiple project stages

Benefits

• Salary: N150,000 – N180,000 monthly.
• HMO, Pension.
