We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, expand market share, and manage a high-performing sales team across Lagos.
  • The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, market insight, and a proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team across Lagos
  • Drive acquisition of key accounts and strategic partnerships
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize conversion and ROI
  • Identify and convert new market opportunities into revenue streams
  • Manage pipeline forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
  • 8–12 years’ sales experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong use of CRM tools and sales analytics
  • Strong knowledge of Lagos market dynamics (Island & Mainland).
