Role Overview
- We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, expand market share, and manage a high-performing sales team across Lagos.
- The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, market insight, and a proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team across Lagos
- Drive acquisition of key accounts and strategic partnerships
- Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize conversion and ROI
- Identify and convert new market opportunities into revenue streams
- Manage pipeline forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
- 8–12 years’ sales experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role
- Proven record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong use of CRM tools and sales analytics
- Strong knowledge of Lagos market dynamics (Island & Mainland).
