Job Title: HR Analyst Consultant

Location: Lekki / Island Axis, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days onsite)

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst Consultant to support HR data analysis, reporting, and workforce insights.
• The role focuses on using HR metrics to support decision-making, improve HR processes, and enhance workforce efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data and generate reports on key metrics (recruitment, turnover, performance, etc.)
• Support HR decision-making through data-driven insights
• Maintain and interpret HR dashboards and workforce analytics
• Assist in improving HR processes through analysis and recommendations
• Support HR projects and operational reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Must reside around Lekki or Island axis
• Strong HR analytics or HR operations experience
• Good knowledge of HR metrics and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret data effectively
• Female candidates preferred.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 per month (Net).
