Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Salon Supervisor to oversee daily salon operations within a fast-growing beauty brand.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service delivery, staff coordination, and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily salon operations and staff activities
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
• Coordinate staff schedules and workflow
• Monitor service quality and salon cleanliness standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Support inventory tracking and product usage control
• Ensure adherence to salon policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in salon or beauty industry supervision
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage staff and maintain service quality standards
• Must be based around Lekki or willing to work in Lekki Phase 1.

Salary
150,000 – N200,000 per month.
