Job Summary
- The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of sales executives, developing strategic initiatives to grow the agency network, and ensuring the achievement of business targets within the general insurance portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve set targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to enhance productivity
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the agency network
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field
- At least three (3) years of experience managing sales executives, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
