Job Title: Skilled Artisan (Foreman)

Location: Wawa-Arepo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced and skilled artisans to fill foreman positions across upholstery, carpentry, and spray painting units.
• The role involves supervising workshop activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and coordinating team output to meet production and project standards.

Key Responsibilities (General)

• Supervise and coordinate artisans within the assigned department
• Ensure quality control and proper finishing of all work
• Oversee daily production activities and workflow
• Enforce safety standards and proper use of tools and materials
• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an artisan in upholstery, carpentry, or spray painting
• Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
• Strong technical skills in the relevant trade
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Must be based or willing to work in Wawa-Arepo, Ogun State.

Salary

• Upholstery Foreman – ₦250,000 / Month 
• Carpentry Foreman – ₦350,000 / Month 
• Spray Painter Foreman – ₦250,000 / Month.
