Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Wawa, Arepo - Ogun (with oversight of Ajah, Magodo, Isheri and other branches)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and coordination of all company facilities across multiple locations.
• The role ensures that factory and operational environments are well-managed, cost-effective, safe, and fully functional to support business operations.
• The ideal candidate will also drive operational efficiency, cost control, and standardization across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the main facility and coordinate activities across Ajah, Magodo, Isheri, and other company branches to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage general factory operations, including equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and infrastructure functionality.
• Ensure all facilities are safe, clean, functional, and comply with health, safety, and operational standards.
• Monitor and control operational costs, identify areas of wastage, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and facility-related services.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates on facility performance, challenges, and improvements.
• Support workforce coordination within facility operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
