Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • The HR Manager will lead all core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and HR policy development.
  • The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a dynamic startup setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Oversee performance management systems and employee development initiatives
  • Design and manage compensation and benefits structures
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal policies
  • Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development

Requirements

  • BSc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
  • 5 – 8 years HR experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations
  • Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of Nigerian labour law and HR compliance
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is essential
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Salary
N500,000 per month.
