Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Lagos

Role Overview
- The HR Manager will lead all core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and HR policy development.
- The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a dynamic startup setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture
- Oversee performance management systems and employee development initiatives
- Design and manage compensation and benefits structures
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal policies
- Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development
Requirements
- BSc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
- 5 – 8 years HR experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage
- Solid understanding of Nigerian labour law and HR compliance
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is essential
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Salary
N500,000 per month.
