Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver official documents, letters, parcels, and packages between company offices, clients, vendors, and other designated locations.
- Handle bank-related errands including cheque deposits, withdrawals, account documentation submissions, and collection of bank statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all assigned items while maintaining confidentiality and security of documents.
- Maintain proper records of all deliveries, pickups, and errands completed (logbook or digital tracking).
- Adhere strictly to assigned delivery schedules and routes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper custody and safe handling of sensitive or confidential materials at all times.
- Liaise with internal staff to confirm delivery instructions and ensure clarity of assignments.
- Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good working condition, including routine checks on fuel, oil, brakes, and general maintenance.
- Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or delays promptly to the supervisor.
- Comply with all traffic regulations and company safety policies while on duty.
- Assist with basic office support tasks when not engaged in dispatch duties, as assigned.
- Ensure professional conduct and representation of the organization at all times when interacting with external parties.
Salary
N142,000 - N149,000 per month.
