Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Job Summary

• The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and control processes within the organization’s interior décor operations.
• The role ensures that all materials, production, and installation outputs meet established quality standards, client expectations, and industry requirements. The ideal candidate will also develop quality systems and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage quality control policies, procedures, and standards for interior décor projects.
• Supervise all quality assurance activities across production, fabrication, and installation processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.
• Lead monitoring and evaluation processes to assess product quality and operational performance.
• Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production, design, and project teams to ensure consistency and high-quality output.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation, reports, and performance tracking records.
• Train and supervise quality control staff to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements / Specification

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
• Must have proven experience in an interior décor firm (mandatory)
• Strong background in quality control and assurance management
• Experience in developing quality policies and monitoring systems
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and evaluation processes
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and strict quality enforcement mindset
• Good communication and reporting skills
