Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and clerical operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain smooth office workflow by handling documentation, communication, and general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle filing, data entry, and record management
- Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and organize documents and reports
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Support staff with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / BSc (preferred) with 0-2 years experience
- Proven experience as an office assistant or similar role is an advantage
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Salary Range
N80,000 – N150,000 / Month.
