Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking skilled Cooks to prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• The ideal candidates must be experienced in both local and continental dishes and able to maintain consistency, taste, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of local and continental meals.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Monitor food stock and report shortages.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cook.
• Ability to prepare both local and continental dishes.
• Good knowledge of kitchen operations and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Must be based around Lekki or willing to work in Lekki, Lagos.
• Gender Requirement: Male.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
