Job Summary
- J.A.K Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize the organization’s daily operations.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, improving efficiency, and ensuring that all business functions align with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s goals
- Translate the organization’s strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of department heads and operational teams
- Monitor and evaluate organizational performance, providing regular reports to the Managing Director/CEO
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for business growth, expansion, and process optimization
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and teamwork across the organization
- Manage risk by implementing controls and operational safeguards
- Support executive decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Represent the organization in stakeholder engagements where necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
- 8–12 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience in operations management or executive leadership
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
