Job Summary

• J.A.K Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize the organization’s daily operations.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, improving efficiency, and ensuring that all business functions align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s goals
• Translate the organization’s strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of department heads and operational teams
• Monitor and evaluate organizational performance, providing regular reports to the Managing Director/CEO
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities for business growth, expansion, and process optimization
• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and teamwork across the organization
• Manage risk by implementing controls and operational safeguards
• Support executive decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
• Represent the organization in stakeholder engagements where necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
• 8–12 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in operations management or executive leadership
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
