First World Communities Limited (FWC) was incorporated on 11th February, 2008 as a Nigerian private company with limited liability, to carry on the business of providing affordable housing for medium to low income earners across Nigeria and eventually Africa. The company began with the instant success of the highly celebrated Cooperative Villas, in Badore, Lagos, which is a community of over 600 homes and considered to be one of the best of its kind in the entire West African region.

The history and heritage of FWC date back to the early 1990s when its predecessor organizations began to develop housing estates and serviced land sub-divisions across Nigeria. Up until when FWC was formed in response to increasing demand for housing in Nigeria, its promoters have succeeded in the commercial development of over [1,000] homes in Nigeria and overseas, through various business organizations. These include the much acclaimed and widely replicated Post– Service Housing Scheme for the Nigerian Army, and several housing association schemes in the United Kingdom.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Reporting to: Head of Sales

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to drive online visibility and qualified lead generation for our real estate portfolio.
  • The role focuses on marketing properties, supporting sales teams, and strengthening the company’s digital presence across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for property listings, promotions, and brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms to showcase properties, developments, and success stories.
  • Create compelling digital content including property visuals, brochures, and short-form videos.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, property portals, retargeting) to generate leads.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, leads, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with sales targets.
  • Maintain and update property listings on the website and digital platforms.
  • Monitor digital trends and competitor activity within the real estate market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry
  • Proven experience in lead generation and digital campaign optimization
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content marketing
  • Experience using Canva and basic video editing tools
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and online advertising platforms
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
