Job Title: Health Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Description

• A health service manager plans, directs, and coordinates medical and health services, ensuring efficient facility operations, compliance with regulations, and quality patient care.
• They handle staffing, budgeting, strategic planning, and, at times, public health campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Directing daily operations, setting goals, and managing staff.
• Budgetary Oversight: Preparing and managing budgets, controlling costs, and securing funding.
• Compliance: Ensuring facilities follow government health policies and regulations.
• Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising employees.
• Strategic Planning: Improving efficiency, quality of care, and patient outcomes.

Qualification

• These professionals often hold a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Health Administration.

Salary
N150,000 - N500,000 per month.
