Job Summary

• Deode Enterprises are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Team Lead to supervise and coordinate our direct sales representatives across different locations.
• The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising direct sales representatives monitoring daily sales performance, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.
• The role also involves supporting the recruitment and onboarding of sales agents in various locations. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage people effectively.
• The Sales Team Lead will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of field sales agents across assigned locations.
• Monitor and track daily sales performance to ensure targets are met.
• Motivate, coach, and guide sales agents to improve productivity and performance.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales agents across different locations.
• Ensure proper management, discipline, and coordination within the sales team.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure agents effectively promote phone sales(Samsung phones) and the Pay Small Small payment option.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / NCE in any field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in phone, gadget, or retail sales.
• Previous experience supervising or managing a sales team is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage sales agents effectively.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

• Salary: N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
• Commission on sales.
