Job Title: Marketer
Locations: Lagos Island & Trade Fair, Lagos

About the Role
- We are hiring proactive Marketers to drive sales of diverse consumer products including clothing, jewelry, cosmetics, and other fast-moving items across our Lagos Island and Trade Fair locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell a wide range of products: clothing, jewelry, cosmetics, accessories, etc.
- Engage walk-in customers, explain product features/benefits, and close sales to meet daily/weekly targets
- Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and build repeat customer relationships
- Maintain product displays and ensure stock is properly arranged and accounted for
- Track sales, give daily reports, and provide market feedback on customer preferences
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND.
- 1+ years experience in sales, marketing, or retail; experience with fashion/beauty products is a plus
- Strong communication and persuasive skills with good spoken English
- Neat appearance, customer-friendly, and target-driven attitude
- Must be resident in or able to commute easily to Lagos Island or Trade Fair.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
