Job Title: F&G Operator

Job Purpose

• The F&G Operator (Mono Carton) is responsible for operating flatbed die-cutting (F&G) machines to produce high-quality mono carton packaging in line with production targets and quality standards.
• The role ensures efficient machine operation, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate F&G (flatbed die-cutting) machines for mono carton production.
• Set up machines, including die installation, alignment, and adjustments for optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy in cutting, creasing, and overall finishing.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor faults.
• Minimize material wastage and optimize machine efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other production team members to meet daily targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Die Cutting Operator, specifically in mono carton production.
• Prior experience working with reputable packaging companies such as:
  • Shonghai Packaging
  • Studio Press
  • Crown Pak
  • Breeze
• Strong knowledge of die-cutting processes, materials, and machine operations.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and technical drawings.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 per month
