Our multi-modal services cut across facility repairs and maintenance services to human resource management, consulting and contract management services. We undertake technical and direct artisanship services such as handyman, painting, tiling, electrical and plumbing repairs, property management and real estate agency services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Development Manager

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Development Manager to support the design, structuring, and execution of high-impact programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project design, concept development, and proposal preparation
  • Translate ideas into structured and fundable programme frameworks
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support implementation planning and execution readiness
  • Contribute to partnership and funding opportunities

Requirements

  • 5–8 years’ experience in project development, proposal writing, or programme design
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.

Salary
N300,000 - N600,000 per month.
