Stockgap Fuels Limited - We are a leading oil and gas company operating in Nigeria’s downstream sector with a head office in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. To meet the growing demand of Nigeria’s Market, Stockgap Fuels Limited is expanding its LPG business by investing in additional storage and cylinder filling facilities in 4 strategic locations spanning major regions of the country - Lagos / South-West, South-South / South-East, North-Central / North-West, and North-East regions respectively.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Acquisition Manager - Super Dealer / Distributor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• This is a "hunter" role focused on recruiting high-capacity Super Dealers and Distributors to serve as anchor partners.
• You will be responsible for signing financially strong partners capable of high-volume offtake and multi-state warehousing.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a pipeline of potential Super Dealers through market mapping and competitor intelligence.
• Lead 360° assessments of prospects, including financials, fleet capacity, and reputation checks,
• Negotiate complex commercial terms, including margins, credit limits, and bank guarantees.
• Manage the performance of new Super Dealers for the first 180 days post-onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; professional memberships (NIMN, CIM) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with 3 years specifically in distributor recruitment.
• Proven track record of closing high-value distributorships (e.g., annual offtake >200M or 50,000+ units).
• Deep understanding of LPG depot licensing and fire safety codes.

Salary
N900,000 - N2,000,000 per month.
