Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee daily café and studio operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate studio staff, ensuring professionalism, punctuality, and excellent customer service.
• Support front desk operations, including bookings and client inquiries.
• Oversee bar operations, ensuring efficiency and proper stock levels.
• Monitor inventory and manage procurement of bar items, merchandise, and studio supplies.
• Maintain organized merchandise displays and stock control.
• Ensure the studio environment is clean, well-organized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Serve as a liaison between staff and management.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-5 years experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-presented, detail-oriented, and proactive.
