Job Title: Merchandiser

Location: Onitsha, Anambra

Job Summary 

• The Merchandiser will serve customers by selling pharmaceutical products and meeting customer needs.
• He /She will services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors within the popular Onitsha drug/Pharmaceutical market.
• Sell the company’s pharmaceutical products with the Onitsha drug market and its environs.
• Grow the company’s revenue through aggressive marketing and daily visit to customers.
• Ensure constant availability of products to customers.
• Carryout speedy delivering of products to customer’s shops and outlets.
• Drive company’s revenue by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and feedback
• Building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and providing excellent customer service.
• Identifying potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation to achieve monthly/weekly sales quotas

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Anyone can apply if they have a strong passion for sales and to make an impact.
• Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
