Description

• Swift Drycleaners Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Officer to enhance customer experience and contribute to the growth of our customer base.
• If you reside around the Ogba axis and have a flair for both customer service and marketing, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and prompt pickup and delivery of garments.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in clients with excellent service etiquette.
• Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accuracy of customer information and preferences.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the company's customer base, including customer referral programs and targeted marketing initiatives.
• Promote the company’s services and products to both existing and potential customers to increase brand awareness.
• Coordinate with the operations/factory to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Collect, document, and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings.
• Participate in community engagement and local marketing efforts to attract new customers within the Ogba area.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a laundry or retail environment.
• Strong marketing and communication skills, with the ability to promote services effectively.
• Ability to develop creative strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must reside around Ogba or its environs.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / Month
