Job Summary
- At The Moment of Truth Talent Series, founded by Lawunmi Nwaiwu, we empower bold entrepreneurs through high-impact business programming, mentorship, and funding opportunities across Nigeria and the UK.
- With 4+ years of impact, 4 million+ viewers, and a thriving ecosystem of 700+ community members, we are launching our next Entrepreneurship Bootcamp as part of our 90-Day Execution Phase.
- We are inviting experienced professionals and industry experts to join us as Facilitators.
- Facilitators will deliver modules in one or more of the following:
- Entrepreneurship Bootcamp
- MSME Fundamentals
- Creative Entrepreneurship
- Digital Skills for Business
Responsibilities
During this execution phase, selected facilitators will:
- Deliver assigned modules aligned with the approved curriculum
- Submit session outlines, learning outcomes, and practical case examples
- Participate in onboarding and curriculum alignment sessions
- Deliver high-quality virtual and/or in-person sessions
- Engage participants through Q&A and guided exercises
- Support feedback and evaluation processes
- work closely with the Program Director and Operations team to ensure smooth delivery and quality control.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who:
- Have hands-on experience building, scaling, or advising businesses
- Understand the African startup ecosystem
- Can deliver practical, actionable sessions (not theory-heavy lectures)
- Are engaging, youth-friendly, and inclusive in teaching style
- Have prior experience facilitating workshops, bootcamps, or training programs
- Are passionate about empowering underrepresented founders.
