Job Title: Assistant HEMM Foreman

Job Summary
- The Assistant HEMM Foreman supports the HEMM Foreman in the day‑to‑day safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the mechanical workshop and field maintenance activities.
- The role ensures preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment (HEMM) is carried out according to manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and company procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for HEMM.
- Supervise technicians and mechanics during repair, overhaul, and inspection of equipment.
- Assist in diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using diagnostic tools and test equipment.
- Ensure dismantling, repair, and reassembly of equipment using appropriate tools and lifting devices.
- Verify quality of completed repairs through testing and inspection before equipment release.
- Monitor housekeeping, tool control, and workshop cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with HSE rules, safe work procedures, and lock‑out/tag‑out practices.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, job cards, and service reports.
- Assist in identifying spare parts requirements and controlling spare usage.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and OEM instructions.
- Perform any other duty assign by your hierarchy.
