We are Inspiration 92.3FM, a family radio station that caters to the needs of many of the key demographics represented within the family. Inspiration, as the name implies, is a divinely originated concept that incorporates ideas, music and information intended to uplift the spirit of the listener and encourage interaction. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of IT

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Ensure data security on all devices.
• File sharing protection to avoid possible company information loss/theft.
• Provide troubleshooting and rendering technical support to users of network.
• Assistance, maintenance, and monitoring of the company's computer systems.
• Perform regular maintenance for computer systems, computers, printers, network
• systems, and any other technical equipment.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance and calibrations on machines and company hardware
• Maintain and execute maintenance plans of various printing machines.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related Degree, IT Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.)
• Proven work experience as a Technical Support, Engineer, Support Engineer, or similar role.
• Good understanding of computer systems, devices, and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to analyze and explain complex technical problems with brevity and accuracy.
• Ability to program is an added advantage.
