Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Aba, Umuahia - Abia, Abakaliki - Ebonyi, Warri, Asaba - Delta, Enugu, Ph East - Rivers, and Imo

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and manage key customer relationships for the Guinness portfolio.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG sales and a deep understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and distribution of Guinness products within assigned territory
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (bars, lounges, supermarkets)
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure consistent product availability
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Lead and support van sales reps and field scouts where applicable
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.

  • Monthly sales target achievement
  • New customer acquisition
  • Market coverage and penetration
  • Product availability and visibility
  • Revenue growth within assigned territory.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • 2 - 5 years experience in FMCG sales (beverages preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Good knowledge of Owerri or Calabar market
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 monthly.
