Job Title: Van Sales Representative

Location: Aba, Umuahia - Abia, Abakaliki - Ebonyi, Warri, Asaba - Delta, Enugu, Ph East - Rivers, and Imo States. Salary:

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Van Sales Representative to drive sales and distribution of Guinness products within assigned territories.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for direct selling, route execution, customer acquisition, and ensuring product availability across retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive van sales and distribution to retail outlets (bars, shops, kiosks)
  • Execute daily route plans and ensure full territory coverage
  • Identify and onboard new customers
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Ensure product visibility and availability at all times
  • Collect payments and manage cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain records of sales and customer interactions
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND
  • 1–2 years experience in van sales or FMCG sales
  • Valid driver’s license with practical driving experience
  • Good knowledge of assigned location
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.

 Salary
 N100,000 - N200,000 per month.
