Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Job Description
- Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job adverts, shortlisting CVS. scheduling interviews, background checks and contract documentation.
- Facilitate on bearding and induction for new hirers including freelancers and contract staff.
- Track staff attendance, shift schedules, administer leave requests.
- Assist in handling staff queries, staff complaints, grievances and basic employee relations issues.
- Promote workplace health and safety across studios, offices and business arears.
- Perform day-to-day general HR Administrative duties and reporting as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations/personnel Management or any related social science discipline.
- Basic Knowledge of HR Practices and Procedures
- Computer literacy: basic knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel and email usage.
Salary Range
N300,000 - N400,000 / Month.
