Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Enugu

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to completion.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, supervising site activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Supervise site operations and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and company policies
• Manage procurement of materials and ensure cost control
• Identify risks and implement effective solutions to avoid delays
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N300,000 / month.
