Key Responsibilities

  • Proven leadership experience in managing large & inhouse creative teams and advertising agencies.
  • In-depth knowledge of 360-degree campaigns
  • Exceptional copywriting ability with a portfolio demonstrating high-impact campaigns across television and digital. print, radio, and social media.
  • Strong multimedia production expertise, including big budget TV productions, video, audio, animation, digital content development, and reality TV shows, translates brand strategy into compelling creative concepts and storytelling.
  • Experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns delivery across multiple platforms and channels.
  • Excellent project management skills. with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Translate armagnes into compelling campaign ideas.
  • Supervise Radio, TV, digital production, and publications.
  • Ensure compliance with the brand and corporate identity across all materials.
  • Review of creative works by creative agencies, digital agencies, production houses, and in-house teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital and social media content trends, audience engagement, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in creative and production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, modern tools, and content management platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, able to confidently present ideas to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop an annual Advertising and Marketing Communications plan/ calendar and monitor the same for accomplishment.

Qualifications, Experience & Responsibilities

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Graphics Art, Visual Communications, Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience directing multimedia productions, including photography, video shoots, animation, and digital content creation.
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies such as APCON, NIM, CIMN, or similar institutions is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in brand design, production, brand identity standardization, merchandise and collateral design, publications, and animations, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale brand campaigns and visibility across key consumer touch points.
  • Experience within Telecommunications, FMCG, Financial Services, Media, or Consumer Products industries will be highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic thinking. communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
  • Other requirements: Above 40 years of age with a minimum of 18 years of relevant experience.
