Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the company's brand visibility strategy across all markets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meeting with sales and marketing teams and share local and global branding trends relevant to the industry
  • Pian, coordinate and execute trade-marketing visibility campaigns pan Nigeria
  • Ensure uniformity in brand message and identity in all advertising digital platforms, retail spaces and customer interaction zones.
  • Work with communications teams to create and manage brand campaigns which increase brand recognition. brand reputation and customer loyalty.
  • Champion the creation of brand guidelines which all internal teams and external partners must follow to maintain brand identity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in advertising, digital, product and corporate communications to ensure all marketing activities follow the brand guidelines established by the company.
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies. creative partners and media organizations to create brand communication initiatives which deliver outstanding quality.
  • Guide and mentor branding team members to drive their creative abilities and achieve high performance standards.
  • Other requirement: Above 40 years of age with minimum of 18 years of relevant experience.

General Qualifications, Experience, Attributes & Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies such as AAAN, APCON, NIM, CIMN, or similar institutions is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing communications, or advertising with at least l0 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale brand campaigns and visibility
  • Experlence within across key consumers touch points, Telecommunications, FMCG, Financiol Services, Media, or Consumer Products industries will be highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic thinking. communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ideal candidate snould currently be handling trade visibility role in Telcos,FMCG and financial sector.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
