We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer (Mutual Funds)

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporate entities, and institutional investors, to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential threats, providing insights to inform business strategies.
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments and compliance standards in the financial services industry, ensuring adherence to best practices and legal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field is required. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management roles within the banking or financial services industry.
• Experience in the mutual fund market is highly preferred.
