Job Title: Human Resources Intern

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team.
• This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, develop professional skills, and contribute to organizational growth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Support onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain and update HR records and databases
• Assist with payroll support and attendance tracking
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Willingness to learn and grow in HR practice.
