Description

• GWX Logistics Limited is seeking a diligent and results-oriented Excess Manager to oversee and optimize all Excess Baggage Operations across our airport locations nationwide.
• In this role, you will supervise daily activities at airport counters, ensuring the efficient performance of excess officers and the achievement of revenue targets.
• You will enforce discipline, maintain strong team coordination, and resolve operational issues promptly while fostering a professional and collaborative work environment.
• You will be responsible for implementing controls to prevent revenue leakage, ensuring strict compliance with financial processes, and maintaining zero tolerance for fraud. This includes monitoring daily transactions, ensuring timely lodgement of funds, and overseeing accurate reconciliation with airline partners and internal accounts teams.
• Additionally, you will prepare and submit daily and monthly operational and financial reports, manage invoicing processes, and follow up on payments in collaboration with Finance. You will also play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with passengers and airline partners, ensuring high service standards and smooth operational coordination.
• This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong supervisory, financial control, and stakeholder management skills, and experience in airport or logistics operations within a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 monthly.
