About the Role

• We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary General Manager to oversee export operations, drive business growth, and ensure seamless compliance with international trade standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive and execute strategic plans to expand export operations
• Oversee cross-functional teams (logistics, finance, compliance, procurement, marketing)
• Manage key relationships with suppliers, regulators, and logistics partners
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and profitability initiatives
• Ensure full compliance with international trade laws and safety standards
• Identify growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis
• Inspire teams and build a culture of excellence and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (advanced certifications are a plus)
• 10+ years’ experience in minerals or commodities export
• Proven leadership and track record of business growth
• Strong knowledge of export processes, trade regulations & logistics
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with strong execution ability.
