Job Summary

• The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and oversees the establishment and operations of the new company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for security operations
• Oversee recruitment. training, and deployment of personnel
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Supervise operations across multiple locations

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in corporate security management
• Proven leadership and operational management experience
• Masters Degree (minimum requirement)
• Relevant professional security waling certification
• Strong knowledge of security operations and regulatory frame wors
• Military or Police background will be an added advantage.
