We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Brand Officer, Corp Member

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Development:

  • Support the creation of engaging content (graphics, short-form videos, captions, and basic designs) aligned with the organization’s brand identity
  • Assist in developing content for social media, website updates, newsletters, and internal communications
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and brand visibility initiatives

Social Media Management:

  • Schedule and publish content across the organization’s social media platforms in line with the content calendar
  • Monitor engagement (comments, messages, mentions) and escalate or respond appropriately under guidance
  • Track basic performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement) and provide weekly summaries

Brand Consistency & Compliance:

  • Ensure all published content aligns with brand guidelines (tone, visuals, messaging)
  • Support the enforcement of brand standards across internal and external materials
  • Assist in reviewing content to maintain a consistent and professional brand image

Collaboration & Execution Support:

  • Work closely with the Branding & Corporate Communications Manager on campaign execution
  • Support coordination with other departments to gather content, stories, and updates
  • Assist in organizing branding-related activities, events, or internal initiatives

Research & Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing practices, and competitor activities
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve content relevance and engagement
  • Identify opportunities for creative brand positioning

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Maintain organized content folders, media libraries, and documentation
  • Support basic reporting, documentation, and tracking of branding activities
  • Assist with vendor coordination where required (e.g., printers, designers, media partners)

Learning & Development (Core to Role):

  • Actively participate in training and mentorship provided by the Branding & Corporate Communications Manager
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn tools (e.g., design platforms, scheduling tools, analytics dashboards)
  • Gradually take on more responsibility in content ownership and campaign execution

Salary
N60,000 per month.
