We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Brand Officer, Corp Member
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Development:
- Support the creation of engaging content (graphics, short-form videos, captions, and basic designs) aligned with the organization’s brand identity
- Assist in developing content for social media, website updates, newsletters, and internal communications
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and brand visibility initiatives
Social Media Management:
- Schedule and publish content across the organization’s social media platforms in line with the content calendar
- Monitor engagement (comments, messages, mentions) and escalate or respond appropriately under guidance
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement) and provide weekly summaries
Brand Consistency & Compliance:
- Ensure all published content aligns with brand guidelines (tone, visuals, messaging)
- Support the enforcement of brand standards across internal and external materials
- Assist in reviewing content to maintain a consistent and professional brand image
Collaboration & Execution Support:
- Work closely with the Branding & Corporate Communications Manager on campaign execution
- Support coordination with other departments to gather content, stories, and updates
- Assist in organizing branding-related activities, events, or internal initiatives
Research & Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing practices, and competitor activities
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve content relevance and engagement
- Identify opportunities for creative brand positioning
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Maintain organized content folders, media libraries, and documentation
- Support basic reporting, documentation, and tracking of branding activities
- Assist with vendor coordination where required (e.g., printers, designers, media partners)
Learning & Development (Core to Role):
- Actively participate in training and mentorship provided by the Branding & Corporate Communications Manager
- Demonstrate willingness to learn tools (e.g., design platforms, scheduling tools, analytics dashboards)
- Gradually take on more responsibility in content ownership and campaign execution
Salary
N60,000 per month.
